We provide gemstones for retail customers, jewelry designers, creators, and wholesale partners across Australia.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Product Authenticity

All gemstones sold by Miracle Blues are natural and certified. We do not sell synthetic or lab-created stones. Certification is provided with each gemstone to guarantee authenticity and origin.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (via secure gateway through the online site)

  • Bank Transfer (Please contact us to get the Bank Details)

All transactions are processed securely, and your personal payment information is never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. All orders are free from shipping charges. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature and high value of our gemstones, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is significantly not as described or arrives damaged.

Please ensure you read the product details carefully before making a purchase. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@miracleblues.com.au, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Custom Orders

We also offer custom-sourced and cut gemstones for bespoke jewelry projects. Please note that bespoke or custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
